Thank you for shopping with PetComfort. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (when available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Spain: 3–7 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs clearance, or courier issues.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should any unexpected delays arise.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

PetComfort is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.

Please include your order number and any relevant photos if the package arrived damaged. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
