At PetComfort, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and documentation (if applicable).

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons, including opened pet grooming products, pet food, treats, and personalized items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process described above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Opened pet food or treats.
  • Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
